When you sign up, you get full access to all features in your chosen plan for 14 days — no credit card required for Starter and Growth. At the end of the trial, you can enter your payment details to continue. If you don't, your account switches to read-only mode for 7 days before being archived.

Can I switch plans after signing up?

Yes. You can upgrade instantly at any time — changes take effect immediately and you're billed pro-rata. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is there a setup fee or onboarding fee?

No setup fees for self-serve plans (Starter, Growth, Professional). Enterprise plans include a dedicated onboarding engagement, pricing for which is discussed during the sales process.

What does "customization" include and how does it work?

All self-serve plans include configuration (module toggles, branding, report templates). The Enterprise plan includes actual development work — our team builds custom workflows, integrations, or screens specific to your business. You own the customizations; they stay in your tenant.

What payment methods do you accept?
